 My name is Adam Conway, and I have worked across the care sector for the past 18 years. I am a proud father of two wonderful girls and happily married. Family and strong personal values are incredibly important to me. I have an NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 in Health and Social Care, an up to date DBS check and public liability insurance. 

 I have experience across a wide range of care settings, including Residential Care Homes, Dementia Care, and Palliative Care. I have supported people of all ages, from children through to elderly individuals and those receiving end-of-life care. I have also worked within Supported Housing, assisting individuals with mental health needs, addictions, and offending backgrounds. 

 To support people in their own homes by promoting greater independence, confidence, and security in managing everyday tasks, attending appointments, and maintaining an active social life. Encouraging positive lifestyle choices while easing the pressure of daily responsibilities through friendly, compassionate companionship and practical support.
